Miao Cuicui has worked nine years at a canning plant, handling export processes, equipment calibration and multi-country commodity inspections. She is the only staff mastering British, German and US industry standards. The newly transferred deputy director Jia Pengni cuts her special allowance and dismisses all her contributions to assert authority. Heartbroken, Miao stops unpaid extra work. When foreign clients visit, her replacement makes blunders, putting a huge order at risk. After Miao saves the deal, she faces suppression instead. She quits and co-founds a firm, tapping overseas markets with solid expertise. The old factory collapses. Jia Pengni is investigated for violations. Miao buys the former site to build a new plant and achieves her comeback.
