Taotie Spirit Pet in Cloud-Shrouded City

Ye Linglong, the youngest junior sister of Qinglan Peak in Qingxuan Sect, goes down the mountain with Fifth Senior Brother Mu Xiaoran to rescue Fifth Senior Sister Lu Baiwei, who is surrounded by the Lu Manor. To recover the Chaotic Heart Mirror tricked away by He Zaiting, the three enter Zheyun City, which has turned into a ghost city. They slay demon jackals, take disciples of the Blazing Sun Palace captive, and break through underground palace traps. Unexpectedly, they subdue the ancient ferocious beast, the Taotie Prince, to be their spirit pet. In the end, they uncover the truth of the massacre of Zheyun City, return safely, and celebrate the birthday with all fellow disciples of the sect.
