Bite Me by Choice

Taylor, a medical student in Chicago, strikes a deal with the mysterious tycoon Decora to save her mother, only to be turned into a vampire. Refusing control masked as salvation, she is caught between her childhood friend Evan, her political‑marriage betrothed Cecilia, and the Vampire Council. She learns she is the last descendant of the Sunwalkers. After passing three trials to earn independent status, Taylor joins forces with Decora to expose Council Chairman Lucian’s illegal experiments. Beneath the morning light, she shuts down the city‑wide control signals and reclaims autonomy over her body and fate.
