The 72-Year-Old Landlord

Seventy-two-year-old widower Marcus is cheated by his tenant, Brenda. As he lies on his deathbed, he strikes a deal with the devil, Diablo: every time he leaves a woman stunned, he regains two months of youth. Starting with a comeback in the boxing ring, Marcus grows younger while helping his tenants escape loan sharks, workplace harassment, and the emotional scars of an eight-year-old cold case. But as he approaches his prime, he discovers that the contract conceals a darker truth, one even Diablo refuses to reveal.
